Print and hang in your practice to encourage patients to keep their appointments, reminding them that, despite today's uncertain times, their oral health should not be dismissed.

How to Use - Read these instructions for how to make the best use of the assets below.

Your Local Print Shop - This is a file for use by a professional print shop. You will need to download and bring it to your print shop of choice. Alternatively, you can have your print shop download the file. Your printer will need to handle any customization (3 versions to use generic or customize).

To download the file right click and choose "Save Target As...", and select a location on your computer to save the file. Once downloaded, place it on a portable medium (i.e. USB flash drive) and bring it to your printer. To have them customize it, you will also need to bring them your practice information and logo.

"Do-it-Yourself" - This is for downloading to print on your own printer. To open the file, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. Once open, print it out on your own printer.

PC users - Right click the link and choose "Save Target As..."
MAC users - Hold down the control key on your keyboard then click the mouse and choose "Save Link As..."
