Your Local Print Shop - This is a file for use by a professional print shop. You will need to download and bring it to your print shop of choice. Alternatively, you can have your print shop download the file. Your printer will need to handle any customization (2 versions to customize: in-office and mailer).
To download the file, right click and choose "Save Target As...", and select a location on your computer to save the file. Once downloaded, place it on a portable medium (i.e., USB Flash drive) and bring it to your printer. To have them customize it, you will also need to bring them your practice information and logo.
